There are no restrictions on returns or refunds using any payment generated from the PocketKey.

The merchant can either use the payment key from the original purchase to process the refund, or if you are speaking to a merchant on the phone, you can give them the “tokenized” account number associated with your card profile.

The “tokenized” account number looks similar to a credit card number, and can be used for refunds, but cannot be typed in and used for purchases.
