Once your bank starts its pilot program, you will be contacted directly by the bank to confirm your interest, and then a PocketKey device will be mailed directly to you with your credit and debit card profiles pre-loaded.

Once you receive your PocketKey through the mail, you activate the device the same way you would activate a new credit card, typically by calling a toll-free number. Activation instructions will be provided with the device.
