Payment, Shipping and Refund Policy

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY BEFORE COMPLETING A PURCHASE OF A CHIP SHIELD CARD READER.
Refund Policy – 90 Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied for any reason you can return your Chip Shield Card Reader for a full refund within 90 days of your purchase. You are responsible for costs of shipping the returned product (which weighs around 3 ounces) and will receive a full refund once we have received the returned product.
Exchange Policy – One Year Warranty
If you encounter a manufacturer defect with your device, you can exchange your Chip Shield Card Reader for a replacement within 1 year of your purchase. If our support team determines that the defect is due to an incompatibility that would not be resolved by a replacement device, we may decide to provide a refund of the initial purchase price as an alternative.
How to Return an Item
1 – Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2 – Mail your returned item to

3 – Include the tracking # in your package or on the shipping label.
4 – Returns will be credited to the card originally used for purchase unless other arrangements are made with our support team.
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
If your order is in-stock or back ordered by less than 3 weeks your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
If your order is back ordered by more than 3 weeks, we will charge your credit card when we are able to deliver the order.
Destinations: Currently, we are only shipping to addresses within the United States but plan to expand this to Canada, Europe and other regions as soon as possible.
Turnaround: If we are not able to ship your order within 2 business days of the order being placed we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible.
Cancellation: You can cancel your order at any time for a full refund by contacting email@example.com. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item and the refund will not be processed until the returned item is received.
Carriers: We currently ship only within the United States using 1st Class USPS mail and do not provide expedited shipping with other carriers at this time.
Order Tracking: We will notify you of the USPS tracking number when we ship your order. We do not require signatures on delivered packages.
Shipping Rates: Currently, shipping is free on all orders.
Back Orders: If an item is back ordered the checkout page will have an estimate of the number of weeks until we will be able to ship your order. If there is any change to the estimated shipping date we will notify you by e-mail.
