The PocketKey is a little different from mobile wallets you might have seen. The PocketKey is typically sent directly from your bank, with your account information already loaded into the device.

The device is activated the same way you would activate a standard card, by calling a toll-free number or visiting your banks website when you receive the device in the mail.

We do not allow existing plastic cards to be loaded on the device as an important security feature to prevent stolen card information from being loaded onto someone else’s device.
